  • Filter or refine results simply by asking follow-up questions (“Tell me about the Wowo Classic collection”).

  • Complete the purchase seamlessly with the Instant Checkout system, without leaving the conversation.

Every step - discovery, interaction, and transaction - happens within a single conversational flow.
